I ordered many times from Pet Edge years ago and was always pleased with the ease and the final outcome. Well, I know things are different now because of Covid but unless things drastically change I will quit ordering from you. It shows items are available on your site but then they aren’t really. Some items have a 6 month wait. That’s crazy! Who wants to wait that long. Shipping seems to take much longer as well.
I ordered quite a few items and it’s been over a week and still haven’t received the whole order yet. This is terrible costumer service. Shipment takes way to long. Some thing I won’t get for 2 more months. Crazy I guess it coming from the moon.

Will definitely purchase through again. Items were delivered in a timely fashion and CS was responsive on the one item that was back ordered, which once in stock was shipped quickly.

The clipper blade set I ordered showed in stock but then was backorder. When I checked online it still showed in stock. But it shipped before the expected ship date on the backorder notice.
I appreciate the apology but I still should have mt blade sent at no fee, part of original order. Thanks
I made an order over a week ago. Today I checked my email to see what was going on with the order. It said I was charged, yet said the items were no longer available for sale. I called to check what was happening and was greeted with an annoying, incompetent voicemail system. I did what it said, but it did not respond. Then I was greeted by a person who was incapable of getting information about my order through the confirmation code and took forever to do so and who finally hung up on me/disconnected? Then I called back and spoke to a supervisor who was RIDICULOUSLY incompetent, who didn't know what had happened, and was barely apologetic. After explaining that I spent hours researching and finally landed on the items I ordered, he was apathetic. Now I have to make sure my credit card wasn't charged and have to find the items elsewhere.
What a total waste of time! I will never order from them ever again. They are inept and have no good sense of customer service. So much for my time sensitive delivery. People like this should not run businesses.
7 days after I order placed the my order I logged onto their site to check on delivery since it should already be here. The status says "pending". I called and and they said it STILL has not left their wharehouse. No phone call, no email from them saying there is a delay. When I asked why it hadnt left yet the customer service agent just said the wharehouse is backed up and she could email them to sent the order out today. I asked them to expedite it since they delayed the order and they refused. Customer service agent was rude and had the nerve to say I was hostile towards her when all I wanted was my order shipped. I asked for a supervisor and she refused at first and finally said she would have him call me. Supervisor refused my expedited request as well. There are plenty of other suppliers to buy pet grooming supplies from... I will give my business to someone else. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PET EDGE! Customer loyalty means nothing to this company.
As a business owner, I have used pet edge for over 10 years. Today, I found the loyalty that petedge has for their regular clients is despicable. I purchased a sprayer for over 50.00 plus tax etc. I called to request a replacement as within the first week, the nozzle was spraying everywhere and the dial no longer worked. They informed me that to replace my sprayer, it would cost me 74.00 and would refund only the original cost. I'm done with petedge. I will NEVER purchase another item from petedge again. Petedge lost their customer service and loyalty somewhere down thine but they have also lost my business permanently.
